Guavaberry Golf & Country Club is an upscale gated community, its development has been planned within a 4 million square meter (about 1,000 acres) property.
In the first phase of our development, there are 650 lots, mainly individual homesites ranging from 900 to 3,700 square meters (1/4 to 7/8 of an acre). There are also development lots, where apartments and villas are being built for
sale. Many of these lots have as their backyard our magnificent Gary Player
signature golf course.
All lots are set up for electricity, water, phone and cable. Our power generators and aqueduct guarantee uninterrupted electrical supply and quality water for the whole project.
Individuals can design and build their own villas (within Guavaberry´s guidelines), or they can choose one of the villas or apartments already built. Down payments for lots and villas range from 20 to 30% and financing is available.
Villa and apartment owners can choose to place their property in Guavaberry´s rental pool and generate a return on their investment.
Property owners in Guavaberry become members of our Country Club (Golf, Tennis, Horseback riding, Beach Club, Club House, Pool, etc…). Whether you crave activity, or you just want to relax, Guavaberry has something for you.
Future plans include a second Gary Player golf course and additional homesites.
This will be developed in an additional 2 million square meters (500 acres), adjacent to the property. |
